Wabi -sabi Irish, 5P coin Pattern

This Wabi-sabi Club kit debut (July '26) is a pattern of the Irish, One Shilling/5P Coin- created by medalist Percy Metcalfe and circulated in Ireland as the Schilling from 1928-1968, later cast as the 5P from 1968-1971. 

We chose this beautiful work of art as our debut pattern, because we love this coin! Strong lines and beautiful, yet simple details make this a rewarding pattern to punch!

In this kit you will receive:

Weeks Dye Works embroidery floss in: Driftwood, Havana, Jay Bird, Mascara, Michael's Navy and Oak.

Along with an invite to join us at the Wabi-sabi Club Launch party! Space is limited. Participants must RSVP in advance to attend this free event- event to be held in person on August 23, 2026, 1-4 p.m.

Your (approximate) 4x4 completed canvas, can be displayed with or without the other Wabi-sabi Club  coin patterns offered through the '26 Wabi-sabi Club. Choose to frame and mount yours, create it into a mug rug, or find another way to display, we are certain you will love what you make with this one of a kind work of art!
